Coaching Agreements

    My Commitment 
    In our process I will awaken you to deal with the aspects that are keeping you stuck. I will assist you to connect to your intuition, emotional wisdom and deeper purpose, guiding you to towards new effective actions. Connecting to your greatness is about taking responsibility for every aspect of your own life including this process. I can only guarantee the effectiveness of our session if you keep our coaching agreements, complete your homework and honour the sacredness of your process.

    Please note that the coaching in our sessions is not psychological in nature nor is it aligned to any religion. It is not a replacement for medical treatment or psychotherapy. I do not diagnose, medicate or do the healing work for you, you are responsible for your mental and physical wellbeing at all times during and after our sessions. My work is to guide and empower you to access your own personal healing and your inner intelligence. I am here to hold the space for you as you transform and heal yourself on your epic journey. You will then experience the full benefit of our coaching and most importantly you will see the remarkable changes you have made.

    Your Agreements
    -You agree to be on time for all our sessions.
    -You will take 15 mins before our session to reflect, prepare and meditate around your intentions.
    ​-Cell phones and any other electronic devices that can interfere with our session must be switched off before the start of the session.
    -You agree to be coachable and open to guidance no matter what comes up.
    -You agree to follow through on the agreed number of sessions.
    -You agree to complete all homework between sessions.
    -Anything you or I share in our private sessions will be kept strictly confidential.

    Payment
    -Payment for each session or package must be completed before our session starts.
    -Should you cancel your appointment more than 24hrs before your appointment we will shift the date to another time.
    -Should you cancel after 24hrs before your session you then forfeit the session as well as the payment.

    ​Space
    -You have the space to express yourself authentically however you agree not to intentionally cause upset or be physically inappropriate.
    -In our session I will ask your permission first before I make any physical contact or do any kind of energy work.
    -You agree not to consume any alcohol or other substances that could impact your concentration and participation before or during our session
    -You agree that if you have a complaint or concern regarding anything to do with our process that you will address it with me.
